Sales Executive — Building Materials

Bin Ahiyaan Traders FZE is looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team in Sharjah. You will be responsible for developing new client relationships and maintaining existing accounts across the UAE construction and contracting sector.

  • - Identify and develop new business opportunities with contractors, architects, and project developers across the UAE
  • - Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of existing client accounts
  • - Present and promote the full Bin Ahiyaan product range including structural materials, insulation, UPVC systems, and electrical products
  • - Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales orders
  • - Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • - Attend trade exhibitions, industry events, and client site visits
  • - Coordinate with the procurement and warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfilment
  • - Provide accurate market intelligence and competitor activity reports to the management team
  • - Minimum 2–4 years of sales experience in building materials, construction supplies, or related industry
  • - Strong understanding of the UAE construction market and key procurement channels
  • - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • - Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
  • - Valid UAE driving licence
  • - Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
  • - Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus
