About the Role
Bin Ahiyaan Traders FZE is looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team in Sharjah. You will be responsible for developing new client relationships and maintaining existing accounts across the UAE construction and contracting sector.
Key Responsibilities
- - Identify and develop new business opportunities with contractors, architects, and project developers across the UAE
- - Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of existing client accounts
- - Present and promote the full Bin Ahiyaan product range including structural materials, insulation, UPVC systems, and electrical products
- - Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales orders
- - Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- - Attend trade exhibitions, industry events, and client site visits
- - Coordinate with the procurement and warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfilment
- - Provide accurate market intelligence and competitor activity reports to the management team
Requirements
- - Minimum 2–4 years of sales experience in building materials, construction supplies, or related industry
- - Strong understanding of the UAE construction market and key procurement channels
- - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- - Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
- - Valid UAE driving licence
- - Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
- - Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus
